Certifications and compliance

Standards that open markets

Our certifications show that Tribo açaí pulp meets the technical and regulatory requirements of key consumer markets — from Brazil to the United States and Europe.

Brazilian market

Orgânicos Brasil

Brazil's organic certification under the Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock and Food Supply (MAPA). It certifies that the product comes from an organic production system, with no synthetic agrochemicals, and that traceability is verified by an accredited certification body.

North American market

USDA Organic

Organic certification from the United States Department of Agriculture. Internationally recognized as a benchmark for organic production. Required by U.S. importers and valued in premium markets worldwide.

European market

EU Organic

European Union organic certification. Mandatory for selling into the EU with an organic claim. Recognized in all 27 EU member states.

Canadian market

Canada Organic

Canadian organic certification (Canada Organic Regime). Required to sell with an organic claim in Canada.

Food safety

HACCP

HACCP protocol (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) implemented and governing the entire production process. What it means for you: physical, chemical and biological hazards are identified and controlled at every production step, with auditable records.

Halal markets

Halal

Halal certification (FAMBRAS Halal). It certifies that both product and process meet Halal production requirements. What it means for you: access to customers and markets that require Halal, such as the Middle East and Southeast Asia.

North American market

FDA registration

FDA-registered facility (Food Facility Registration). Registration is mandatory to export food to the United States — it is not a certification or an approval of the product.
